Claritza owns the copyright and intellectual property rights to all her artwork and designs; their use is strictly prohibited without her authorization. Below are the terms of use for different situations or applications, which, if followed, permit limited use of Claritza Morey's artwork.

You may view, download, and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided the copyright notice is kept intact and proper attribution is given to Claritza Morey. Any other use requires the artist's prior written authorization.

Claritza Morey licenses the artwork and images of Claritza Morey to you for the limited purpose of displaying them on your personal website, and she reserves the right to revoke, modify, or alter this license individually at any time.

Do not alter the image in any way. Do not remove the artist's copyright. All images must faithfully represent the original work and be used without alterations, additions, cropping, or any other manipulation that may affect the integrity of the work.
The website displaying the image or artwork must link to https://claritzamorey.com and clearly acknowledge Claritza's intellectual property rights over the image. The following statement applies to this: "Artwork by Claritza Morey © Painter of Fairies, Gods, and Pagan Lore."
Use of Artwork for a Charity or Non-Profit Event.
If you wish to use one of the artist's works to promote a commercial event, you must contact the artist to present your proposal.
It is important that you contact Claritza regarding these matters, as uses vary. You may be offered to purchase Claritza Morey products at wholesale prices for appropriate quantities or a limited-use agreement. Free use of Claritza's artwork is not permitted for certain items or events.
Claritza is honored that people connect so much with her art that they wish to have her work tattooed. Such tattoos are permitted for individuals with prior permission, by contacting Claritza on a case-by-case basis.
Tattoo artists may not offer Claritza Morey's designs commercially. We also appreciate sending a photo of the finished tattoo; we look forward to seeing them!
Copyright infringement of Claritza Morey's works is treated very seriously. An informal cease and desist letter is initially sent to the alleged infringer as a courtesy before any formal action is taken, and compliance at this stage is appreciated without the need for legal action.
Failure to comply with a cease and desist request may result in the matter being brought before the appropriate authorities, including web hosting providers and the courts. Copyright infringers may be required to repay all profits obtained from the illegal sale of Claritza Morey's copyrighted materials.
If you see Claritza Morey's artwork for sale or for general use that does not include credit or copyright acknowledgment, and that does not comply with the terms of use on this page, please contact Claritza Morey directly with the details. Do not contact the individual or group yourself. The item may be legally licensed or from a legitimate seller, but any complaints are welcome.
A general red flag is the sale of the work without acknowledging Claritza as the artist or the person claiming to have created it.
